    Excellent cookbook! The recipes are healthy, easy to follow, and nutrition is included in every recipe. She gives you the information on basic and upper level cooking, ingredients, etc. I love that the Weight Watcher information is provided.

    I wasn't thrilled with the cookbook. The recipes were kind of weird. Way too fancy for my taste. I wish I didn't waste my money on it. It's a nice cookbook if you like that kind of stuff. The recipes on her web page are so much better than the ones she chose for the cookbook.
