    Love!

    The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is the cord is simply too short - I’ve added an extension cord and the water receptor reqires a cap to be unscrewed to fill - otherwise 5 stars earned!! It has very useful map head angles, the mov ability is smooth, the stream adequate for home type floor grime. Must haves are the scented discs - will buy another when I wear this one out!

    Doesn’t clean grout!

    As advertised it says it will clean grout, but it does not. We have brand new tile floor that we’re installed 6 months ago and the light grey grout is brown in high traffic areas such as in front of the refrigerator and entrance from the garage. Purchased the steam mop hoping that it would freshen up the grout but it doesn’t. I wouldn’t recommend this product for tile. Only to someone with wood or laminate.

    Water Tank Hard to Remove

    Wife loves this steam mop and the ease of handling. Easy to maneuver and light weight. Seems to do a good job. Only complaint is the water tank is too small and hard to remove. My wife cannot remove the water tank on her own because of her hand strength and must rely on me to remove it when it needs filling. Similar to the old pickle jar dilemma. Design would be better with some type of latching mechanism that didn't require as much hand strength.

    Great!

    I've had one for a few years now and it makes washing my floors so easy. I hated the old mop and bucket. If used according to instructions, it sanitizes without the need for chemicals, just distilled water. It cleans my kitchen tile floor and laminate floors. Wouldn't trade it in.

    Awesome and easy to use.
