    I wasn't sure that I wanted another "thing" that could add to my screen time or distractions. I had been wearing the same Timex Ironman model for as long as I could remember, and I liked the simplicity of it. When a family member got a new Fitbit, they offered me the old one. After wearing that old hand-me-down Fitbit HR, I started looking forward to checking my sleep score and seeing how many steps I got each day. Soon I wanted other features, like a silent alarm, bigger screen, etc., so I upgraded to the Charge 6, and after two weeks with it, I'm glad I made the change. The display is very clear, the touch and double-tapping are intuitive, the battery seems to last a long time - I haven't let it drain too far yet- and I have enjoyed finding reasons for positive screen time like my zone ...

    Useful little device.

    I mainly got this useful little device to track my daily steps. My goal is to reach 10,000 steps a day. Turned out I have to ease into it. 10,000 steps take longer than I thought. Easy to use with useful functions. Paired with iPhone easily. Slim and light weight, just retired my Apple Watch for this.

    It works just fine and does the step and...

    It works just fine and does the step and sleep tracking that I really need. Also as other functions I was able to turn off, because they’re not needed. Only downside is that there only seem to be a couple of watch faces to use, which is a bit disappointing. I’m going to look online to see if I can download anything more.

    comparing the charge 6 to the charge 5

    had only 1 week so far, will compare to a fitbit charge 5,which died after 1 1/2 years old, so the battery lasts for about a week, possibly some inconsistencies in the displays but it may be my wife getting used to it. she does like it, comfortable, smaller face compared to the versa model.
