    The item came as described; new in a plastic wrap. Quick shipping for the circumstances. The way it was packaged, no one could have known that one of the hinges was snapped off, since the damage was almost fully hidden by the plastic-wrapped label. I'm sure that the seller would help make it better if I contacted them about that, but I didn't really need that hinge since it still pretty much works without it. 9/10, I would buy from this seller again.
