Great New Look
I had these same grips, only in the chrome version. The chrome ones were starting to look a little pitted from being handled over the years. While the chrome ones still looked fairly good, I REALLY like the new look with these black ones. I have quite a few things in chrome on my GoldWing. I think the former chrome grips was just a little too much. When I installed the shiny black grips, it was an amazing transformation. As far as installation, it was fairly easy. I did go on YouTube to watch how people were installing them. I saw where people were using hose clamps to install them. Regardless of the installation method you choose, you'll get them on, but you'll have to be patient in the process. If you decide to add a Throttle Boss, pay attention to which one you buy. With these grips, there are only 3 models of Throttle Boss that will work, because these grips are so big around. It's worth noting that, while the heading of these grips says, "Heated" ... they're not really heated, but rather, fit over the heated grips on your GoldWing. They install over the stock grips. You don't remove the old grips. If you remove these grips, the stock heated grips are still there. I do recommend these grips and I love the look.

needed fatte grips, think the Jap's have little hands.....
I always need fatter grips on all my bikes, these were a little difficult to install but once you figure out you have to have all rubber thru holes , even the very edges, it goes well, I used a spray bottle of soapy water to get all rubber thru holes and a tooth pic to get small edges out too.
