However, the eyeliner pencil, itself, is disappointing. It doesn't go on smoothly or blend well. It's nearly impossible to get it to appear on the inside red part of the lower eyelid and after a lot of pressure and coatings, it appears on the skin of the eyelid but it doesnt stand out and it melts very quickly, making it smudge as well. It is similar to trying to use a colored pencil, meant for coloring books.

It’s a great color for a softer choice from black liner. Staying power is decent, though can use a reapplication later in the day. This is a new favorite.
