    The bronze memorial plaque first arrived with two names spelled with lowercase letters...the seller redid the plaque and sent me a proof with the names corrected, but with no space between the first, middle and last name... in addition the quality was far less than pictured in the sample pictured on the listing which I pointed out as unacceptable... it arrived and after the third attempt and was correct... seller assumed all costs to correct the errors to my satisfaction which was appreciated.
