I bought some of these when they were being issued for the first time
I used to find these (during the 1980s) at my local mall in a store called K B Toys. I'm an old combat veteran but these scale models remind me of a time before Vietnam when I was a different person. It makes me smile to find something like this. Corgi Fighter Scramble was not around when I was a teenager building scale models, but I love these fairly detailed little aircraft. Oh, by the way, did you know that K B Toys was a solid business but was bought by corporate raiders (including Mitt Romney) who sold off parts of the company and put all the employees out of a job?
