Prepare to be frustrated
'I tried for 3 days in a row to set it up. It would only set the first step basic information. Step 2 of installing my personal data was absolutely impossible. I thought it was just me,and I would walk away and try again the next day. I read the manufacturer internet FAQ page and it didn't help. That's when I read the reviews for the first time and realized it wasn't just me----it's happening to others who bought it. I usually always read reviews of anything I buy online. But this time I was anxious to get a device such as this and I saw it featured on "The Price is Right" with Drew Carey and it was personally endorsed by Brett Favre and it seemed perfect. It is driving my price upward.

I really like this but if you are wearing it and holding onto a shopping cart, the steps don't register. Apparently your arms have to be moving. So, I took some velcro and attached it to the strap to make it long enough to go around my ankle and now there is no problem. It records every step. I like the way it can be personalized as far as your weight, gender, calorie count, time, date, distance, and steps. Cooper fit does enough
I don't need all bells and whistles just a tracking device with a watch and this does it for me. Tracks steps and miles walked but not as accurate if running or roller blading. Needed to replace battery, which was easy enough. The Copper Fit Step FX Activity Tracker is quick and easy to set up and to use. The battery lasts several months and is inexpensive to replace. What's nice is that you don't have to plug this tracker into your computer or sync it with another device like you do with fitbits and most other trackers. It accurately tracks steps, miles, calories burnt, and also shows the time/date. It does what all the expensive trackers do but at a fraction of the cost because it's battery operated. Works well but very low quality bands.
This is my third purchase of this item in 2 years. The digital component works well, in fact all three are still functioning. The issue is with the very fragile rubber band. The bands are clearly not durable and will fall apart over time even with gentle use.
