    My experience with this seller was very unpleasant after an expensive item arrived damaged due to poor packaging and I was expected to submit a claim to the shipping company, which is the seller's responsibility. They were very polite, very agreeable, cooperative and willing to solve the problem, but none of it was sincere. They never followed through; tried to play me instead. In the end, eBay had to force the refund.
