Seller may have been experiencing extraneous issues that contributed to the issue. Was sent the item pictures which was damaged and incorrect color versus what Id purchased. Settled on essentially 28% refund; only to avoid the hassle with really sorting out the situation 100% Had good communication with seller so perhaps benefit of doubt is owed🙏

    Seller sent item of much lesser value. Advertised a 5 Mark coin and sent me a 2 Mark coin. I requested a refund and stated I would gladly return the coin when my account was credited, and he said I had to return first. Since the deception was on his part, why should I return first? Bad faith on sellers part.
