I checked with neighbours before finally contacting the courier service who were less than helpful. I contacted the seller asking for help but was advised to wait until the delivery time had elapsed. A month later, the seller contacts me asking if I received it. I obviously hadn't and they let me know they were going to help. I never got any help.
