The actual condition and flaws of the bag were not mentioned in the sellers description or reflected in photos. I immediately reached out, with photos, to make the seller aware of the flaws. The seller refused to provide a partial refund or apologize for withholding details of flaws on item. I would never trust this seller or purchase from them again.
