    These little units put out cool air even...

    These little units put out cool air even when no water is used. Perfect for all areas. No household air conditioning, so I move them around where needed most…even to cool off the area where my cat naps.

    Ineffective. Essentially a weak fan.

    Even adding ice with the water and freezing the filter, the unit does not blow enough cool air to have any effect on the surrounding area. I don't think it would cool an area as small as a closet. I would compare it to a weak fan.

    way too noisey

    It would be great but the amount of sound it produces makes it so you CAN'T LEAVE IT ON!!! YOU COULD NOT USE THIS IN A OFFICE WITH MANY DESKS AREA DUE TO DISTURBING OTHER CO WORKERS.

    DON'T BUY

    Save yourself some money. This is just a boxed fan. It has to be close to you to work. It's only for one body part at a time. The ice melts quick. So the hottest your room the quicker the ice melts. Also at night the gloee lights can keep you up. I tape over them. I didn't see a off switch.
