They refunded me without question and told me to keep it, which felt too easy for an RRP $1,000 item. They claimed they didn’t know it was fake but asked me not to leave a bad review, then kept the listing up. I had to cancel an order due to damage recently and they said you can’t cancel all Orders and when I find you I will leave bad feedback! Disgusting
