      The seller shipped this tool and as described the motor did work and it vibrated. In short the sander appeared to function as normal. However, after I put the wheel on my hand with the motor on to see if if worked properly it stopped immediately. I contacted them and they refunded my money as I did not want to keep it to have it repaired. The main point I want to make is these are honest dealers who truly take care of their customers. Would recommend them anytime!
