    Item was shipped quickly and packaged well, however the size did not match the description. The size was listed as 11 M (11 medium width) in two places on the description. When I received them they were clearly tagged 11 W (11 wide width) in the tongue. Shoes also came with no insoles. I’ve been able to make the shoes work but I wish these two points had been clearly communicated in the listing.
