    Replacing one that I either lost or simply misplaced, but even if it eventually shows up and I have a spare, I'm good. It is very reliable for my pre-dawn walks with the pup and my friends. 450 lumens on high does burn through the rechargeable battery pretty quickly, but the medium setting seems to be the optimal middle ground of lighting the path while maximizing battery life. I have a second battery that I can keep charged or this model does allow for AAA's as well.

    Works great. Bought this to replace an older model. The only thing that was off putting was the difficulty in opening the plastic battery case. Love the rechargeable battery
