      lovely, but a small part is missing

      I was replacing an existing Nespresso coffee machine because the creamer had stopped working. Also I wanted a red one [I had a black one]. When this coffee machine arrived, I loved the fact that it is red! But I was exasperated to find that there was a part missing in the creamer, so THIS coffee machine didn't have a creamer, either! Well, the part was in the creamer, but it was incomplete. The 'coil' that fits onto it & foams the milk up was missing. If this was made clear in the advert, I didn't notice. However, since then I have seen that you can buy this part online for about £5. So that's what I'm going to do. A whole lot less trouble than returning it! The coffee machine does look lovely in my kitchen & I can't wait to be able to use it x
