    The theatre program was as described and arrived ~7 days after payment. However, disappointed that the program arrived bent /creased in the middle because the A3 external envelope used was too big and was bent and/or folded in the post. Don’t think there is much that can be done to remedy. The packaging could be improved. The envelope used was too large and was of a thin cardboard envelope. A sturdier and thicker non easily folded or bendable card board backing should also have been used.

    As agreed in the buyer s feedback, the programme was as described. The unusual size of the program meant it was between A4 and A3 sizes, so A3 had to be used. The program was packaged in a standard cardboard backed envelope that would be used for all such publications. It is a pity that this was folded while on route or even being put through a letter box, but this is totally out of my control. The program was paid for on Friday 3 Jan and was posted on time on Monday 6 Jan (over a weekend)
