Enhancement for aeropress
High quality filter for aeropress, a little pricey but feels like it'll last for quite a few years. Coffee comes out good too. Slightly difficult to clean as it form fits to the cap, but if this improves the coffee I'm all for it. Good for no drip feature
Not sure why I fall for these coffee gimmicks. The taste is no different to a normal aeropress and the pressure valve doesn't create crema of any note. I'd also be concerned about the amount of pressure that needs to be exerted on the cup or mug. It is however excellent for the no drip feature. Definitely a one up on a standard aeropress. Not what I expected.
I love my Aero press, and with a heavy heart I hate to say this attachment does it an injustice. The write up sounded good and I was excited to get it and try it out. I have had my Aero press for well over a year now and as I am a shift worker It gets used a lot, especially on nightshift. The coffee this attachment produces is much weaker than the normal attachment I use produces. I had numerous attempts at making it stronger with no success. I tried coarser grinds, finer grinds, doubling and tripling the amount of coffee and even letting it sit and "brew" for 5-10 minutes. Some of my work colleges love the Aero Press coffee so much they bought Aero Presses for themselves. I gave them the Attachment and after a week of trying it out they couldn't get a strong coffee either.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
