      Took over a week to arrive. When it did, the book wasn't in a box or envelope, it was covered in scrap cardboard and tightly wound strapping tape. There was no gap between the book and the cardboard, so I had to carefully cut into the package until I found just the right depth to pull the packaging open. Not at all what I expected for what I paid. Book was exactly as described, however.
