The phone arrived, loose in the box lacking any kind of protection additionally the listing said it was unlocked which was the not the case. Thankfully I was able to unlock it on my own. I would recommend this seller just make sure to confirm all the information in the listing prior to purchase.

Not the seller's fault and still deserves five stars across the board!
