Items were extremely well wrapped. Vendor did extremely well. Shipping was another story. Once the Postal Service got it, their rolling warehouse system sent it for a tour to Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, and finally back to Kentucky but wait, it still kept travelling back and forth across KY.

    Great little tool, works great

    The Ryobi sawzall is great tool to begin with. I had one and used it constantly for several years. Then like a dummy I left it at the side of the road where I was working. Came back next morning... gone. I saw this one used in good condition so I bought it. Works great.
