      Quality is as expected, inoperative. Condition is as expected, non-working. After repair, items should have a great deal more value to me. Appearance is as photos indicated, in good condition. Items were extremely well wrapped. Vendor did extremely well. Shipping was another story. Once the Postal Service got it, their rolling warehouse system sent it for a tour to Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, and finally back to Kentucky but wait, it still kept travelling back and forth across KY.

      Ryobi chain pruner works great

      The Ryobi chain pruner does what it is says it will do. I like that it uses the same battery as all my other “One+” . No issues

      Chain tightner

      The chain does not stay as tight as it should. Cut a couple of branches and you have to tighten the chain again. The device used to move the chain and keep it tight needs to be redesigned. The guard that covers the chain is also quite a bother. I took mine right off. I have used chainsaws for over 60 years and until you redesign the way to advance and hold the chain, I would not recommend this unit.
