Ordered Heater that should have been designed for Australia (240volt) but was sent EU/US which was (110volt) This company should not be sending customers items which were clearly unusable in Australia.
Avoid this seller as they refused to refund the total amount only offering a 50% money return.

Unfortunately the item was broken but the seller gave me a full refund. Item was very poorly packed and although it says UK seller on the item listing they are NOT based in the UK but in China. They simply sell direct to the UK. Was new and delivery was quick, just shame about the packaging being pore and hence it broke in transit from China.
