Gary is a great person. I made a purchase that was absolutely the wrong part and didn't realise until I'd paid. I wrote to him and explained that it was the wrong door and he told me that I had only bought the switch and of course he would refund me. He told me he would look out for the rare part I need, and it is a little more expensive. Now I have the right information Gary is going to let me know when he does get the part I need. I'm so relieved that there are shops like this one.
