The Ring RAC635 is a good basic product which is spoilt by a couple of things which should never have gotten to the finished product stage. The first is the supplied air connector which attaches to the tyre valve, this a screw on type and cannot be screwed on or screwed off without letting air out of the tyre. It defies belief that an accurate inflator which pumps to an accurate pressure will have that achieved pressure altered by simply removing the connector from the valve - crazy??? The second problem is the way the power cable is stored, first you have to place the plug in the location made for it then find the halfway point of the cable fold the cable in half, make sure there are no twists or kinks in it then wrap the cable doubled around the built in reel. It will probably take you longer to do this than to inflate your 4 tyres. Were it not for these weaknesses the product would be truly excellent if it has the long term accuracy and reliability it should have. Read full review

I used it for one week it seemed OK , after 3 weeks I topped up again and it took longer to top the tyres to 32 psi and then stopped working - later that day I visited a garage and found the tyre pressures were around 43 psi This was dangerous and worried me, so I put the non working unit with some other scrap items in my garage, where it sits to this day I cannot recommend this unit it because it was a total waste of money and may also be dangerous because wrongly inflated tyres can affect the cars performance I just wish I had bought a good quality one

Inflates very quickly and it is very easy to read the pressure gauge as it lights up and is clear. If you over inflate there is a separate push valve to let air out of tyre, but the connector to tyre valve is a bit fiddly and you do loose some air, if you are not quick enough to unconnect the air lead. Requires a separate tyre pressure gauge to make sure the pressures are right which I would recommend for any type of tyre inflator.

Bought this for my son as he kept taking mine,it is a good compact pump and neat with the carry bag, doesn't take too long to top up tyre,it also comes with adapter for inflatables(takes way too long to pump up double bed mattress)but ideal for motorbike and car Tyres, nice neat and compact and I've had mine for couple of yrs now and no issues(hope my son can say the same in few yrs.

If your like me then using a foot pump is to hard work lol this is one where you set the psi amount required and let it do its thing, but as an added extra it has a light too. once finished it stores in the case provided
