The script and direction are tight, elements such as lighting and editing are very well done, costuming is perfect, and acting especially Mike Acord as the over the top "The Cloak" and Maria Paris with triple duty as Nightveil, Blue Bulleteer and Alizarin Crimson is both lovely and talented. Honestly if Alizarin Crimson ever needs help with the costuming wedgie problems, she's got them!!!
