      2000 eclipse

      I agree with you just got mine today it doesn’t work did the same thing, I needed it to fix my rpms tach in the car, and made engine run crappy very rough idle, doesn’t match the oem one at all in design.

      Worked for 5 minutes and died!

      After installing the sensor, the car started but the engine is running rough idle. After the 5 - 10 minutes the engine warmed up to the operating temperature, and the sensor malfunction and the engine will not start again, even after leaving the engine cool down for hours. Replaced with the genuine Mitsubishi sensor from junk yard, and since then the worked perfectly. That's confirm this sensor is faulty
