    Overheating at idle

    I followed the advice of Davies Craig and installed it inline with the bottom radiator hose controlled by a thermal switch. It operates as suggested and has eliminated the problem of the motor overheating at idle. Combined with an electric fan it takes only 30-40 seconds to return the engine temperature to its normal setting. Great result.

    Excellent automotive water pumps

    These electric water pumps are great for our vintage and veteran cars, the 80 litres per minute pump has more than enough flow for most of these old cars, I had to install a ball valve after the pump to reduce the flow for my 6 cyl 1929 Buick.

    Converting to a Davies Craig electric water pump

    Could not fault the quality of this whole kit. Instructions were actually very good. The wiring loom made installation easy and pretty hard to screw up.
