      IO had great customer service. They answered questions (not the ordinary kind) quickly. and shipped this promptly.After receiving this thermometer, I noticed the temps seemed to be random. after placing the this in my kitchen oven set at 400f i 1st saw after 30 minutes it was off by 300F. I let it sit a while longer, and the temp went up. Went on-line, found that it was adjustable, or calibratable. I did adjust it. placed it back in the oven, for 15 minutes, the raised the oven temp to 450f.
