    Own a Jaguar Series 3? You need one of these.

    Not too many of these left. The fuel tank deposits from aged fuel can coat the surfaces like varnish and stick the rubber seals to the metal. The only solution is to replace the changeover solenoid valve. 1986 Series 3 are getting old now, so even though in otherwise perfect condition, if the fuel tanks have not been drained, a new valve switch will be needed. Grab one while you can.
