      Perfect part - 15 minute install.

      For a John Deere Lawn Tractor. Original throttle cable separated at the metal sleeve, as most such working cables do. I searched on line, located this part and ordered it within minutes. Immediate response about shipping and it was delivered in a few days. Removal of the old part and installation of the new took almost 15 minutes. Perfect fit and function.

      John Deere Throttle Cable

      Pros : 1) Perfect replacement fit 2)Operates smoothly 3)Easy to install Cons: 1)The ONLY cable that will fit JD D110 without substantial modifications 2) Made in India 3)Too much plastic for a part that experiences heavy usage NOTE : My CONS are not meant to imply displeasure with the product itself but with John Deere's lack of attention to the real world in which their customers live - sturdier longer lasting cables are available at a lower cost to the customer but will not easily fit. JD's mower price is about $1700...... Just charge $1705 and give me a cable with a metal mounting bracket and a metal lever that doesn't snap in two when you attempt to operate it in cold weather...
