    Adaptor advertised as USB 3.0 with photos showing the BLUE plastic insert that you'd expect to see. However, I received a USB 1.0 product with a WHITE insert! After pointing this out, I was offered a 20% refund rather than the correct replacement, but that was unacceptable as I wanted what I paid for! Eventually I received a full refund after making yet more complaints, but why not cooperate in the first place as it was YOUR mistake, not mine? Way too much hassle for a product costing £2.99!
