However the pencil is dry and hard- I suspect it’s possibly past use by date. Had to press hard onto inner wrist to get any colour. Tried tight lining and using on waterline and zero colour. Tried to line around eyes but no colour transfer. I’m disappointed, it’s gone into bin but was a reasonable price.
