Unfortunately, the helmet was incorrectly shown as the gloss black and was sent to me as the matte black. The customer service was excellent for trying to correct the issue, unfortunately it was just on back order. They did a good job and returned the helmet and issued a refund. Would recommend them, but they just didn’t have the helmet I wanted in stock.

Received clutch kit for our race bike packaged in a plastic bag, not a box. The entire contents of the OEM packaging box had emptied out into the plastic bag, clutch friction plates, steel plates, springs (see image). Contacted seller explained issue that the plates would all have to be checked for any damage/bends etc and sent picture. Response was “sorry let us know if there is damage”. There was No time to order new set for upcoming race weekend if damaged. Unacceptable.

The seller happened to be right down the road from me and was a motorcycle dealer so i opted for pickup instead of delivery, which is fine, though the parts took a little while to come from the back and being a motorcycle dealer, had some staff try to sell me a bike. Outside of that, was fine and the product was as advertised.
