Was surprised at the sturdiness of this product and its performance as a bike. My only concern is the lack of ability to lower the handlebars to an acceptable level. Otherwise this Bike performs like a little ripper. It certainly makes riding to the shops much easier as the hills aren’t such a pain any more; the power assist of the motor just kicks in and I’m away like superman.

Doesn't have a manual throttle. Pedal assist is sluggish to start but violent and explosive when it does. This makes it unpredictable and dangerous. So beware when buying 'pedal assist only' bike. Soft start would have been nice. A throttle can be bought on ebay, but I am not sure if the controller has the terminals to connect it. The bike has almost adequate power for going uphill on steep inclines. The gear ratio is poor. It is hard to ride without the motor on. Rear suspension would have been nice, but...ok. Quality is good but the weight is also huge. This bike could have been made 10 - 12 kilos lighter, easy. The frame is very thick and heavy. It is hard to carry it while climbing stairs.

Works ok. I have a samsung A7 and I find the legs want to sit on the power and volume buttons when it's gripping the phone. I have made a holder out of plastic and glued it on tto where the legs come out and cut the legs off. Much better. I can't fault the clamp and ball joints. Very robust. I use my phone as a gps and it runs the UBER app also.
