The system sounds great!! Bluetooth streaming works well. Setup was simple. The system comes with it's own optical cable for connecting between your television and the unit. The beauty of the system is that if you want to add rear speakers there is a rear speaker system that syncs with the soundbar so no wires are needed to connect the rear speaker system to the head unit. I probably will be purchasing that system in the future.

I just purchased and installed a Samsung HW-K360/ZA soundbar. I have it configured as to sound volume, sound effects and control, etc. It is connected via an optical cable to a Samsung TV. When I turn off the soundbar and then turn it on again, all of the customized settings remain the same Except for the volume level, which resets itself to level 20. This is quite annoying. In addition, I am unable to control the soundbar from my Comcast tv remote control, as promised. So when I turn on the TV and soundbar, I have to do so using 2 different remotes. Samsung chat, facebook, telephone and community forums were absolutely NO help with these glitches. I suppose that it is a good soundbar, and that the problems will eventually work themselves out, BUT, beware of Samsung after-sale support, which is non existent!Read full review

Product doesn't work. Soundbar won't blink blue light how subwoofer does. So I cant pair it or even use it. Remote didn't have a battery and the mounting equipment only had one screw. All around disappointed. Wasted my money. I don't even want a refund because I destroyed the box tryna open it and get it out. Maybe I can take it somewhere to get it fixed, but it doesn't work. (The bar not the subwoofer)

I recently bought my first HDTV. The only thing I didn't like was the sound. It was a bit wimpy since there really isn't any ample space to install good speakers on flat panel TVs. This item makes my new set really project. The base is a lot stronger and stereo separation is a lot more prevalent. Having some age on me it was hard for me to understand the dialog, but now I can hear everything very well. There are a lot more expensive units out there that will enhance the sound even more. However, if you are just looking for something to give you some improvement at a reasonable budget, this is the way to go.
