    Didn't realise I'd have to take a drill and an angle grinder to it.

    There is no hole in the back plate for the supporting bolt to fit into. Out comes the drill and angle grinder. The motor is in the wrong position for the existing wiring to reach the connectors. Easy job I thought, just unscrew the 3 screws and turn the motor and put back together. But no, the cheap screws just chewed up. So now I'm stuck with a useless motor that I can't return because I've tried to modify it to fit. Waste of money.

    DIY fix, all good

    Arrived quickly and as advertised. Easy to fit and working perfectly. Note the thread for the fan is in the opposite direction, IE anti clockwise to tighten.
