The phone has a sleek profile, which is easy to carry in a pocket or small purse. My wife likes the detail you get with 5mp camera, as well as the generous 3" screen. I bought another LG the week before. I wish I had waited another week when I found the exalt. The LG exalt2 is a good value with exceptional features.

accessing camera function is easy via side button. However after clicking photo it takes 2 or 3 seconds before actual picture takes..Not acceptable if you want picture at time of clicking button. If you want video you have to go through menu...no button for video.

I purchased this cellphone for my wife after reviewing the various 'dumb' phones currently available. I haven't used it personally, but she is quite satisfied with using it after taking the time needed to learn its features. I have no idea what a small form factor is and therefore am unable to answer the third question

For a basic phone, this one is great! It has big numbers that are easy to see and a screen that is big enough to read. It is simple to operate and has a 5 MP camera that takes good pictures! I have encountered 1 issue- my computer does not recognize the phone, so I am unable to access the pictures by plugging in. I am sure there is a driver I can download somewhere, but I haven't found it on either the LG or Microsoft Websites.

I'm not a smartphone person, I call and text so I love this basic phone. The display is large, easy to read, very user friendly. The outer texture of phone is rubberized so you don't drop it. Pictures look clear, sound quality is very good, buttons are large/easy to press. Battery life is good, texting is fast, downloading is quick, lots of memory but you can add an SD memory card if you need more. There are customizable features and the phone front laser dots display is cool. I was worried how am I going to see who's calling if I don't have a ringtone assigned but when the call arrives, you see an icon of a phone, then the person's name in laser dots! The one con on this pfhone is it does not have a setting to keep the backlight on constantly. Other than that, I'm very happy with this phone!Read full review
