Warming I ordered this item on 1/3/24 along with a tube heater, seller claimed it was posted on 2/3/24, it didnt arrive, contancted quickbit on 8/2/24, to check it wasnt delayed. I contacted them and was told supplier issues and it would be sent out week begining 19/2/24 by 24hr courier. I informed them I was leaving to go on holiday 23/2/24, had to contact quickbit on 22/2/24 as it still hadnt arrived only to be told it now wouldnt be out until at least 7/3/24. Now out of pocket, never again

As you can clearly see from the messages this customer has kindly attached, we informed him that the heater was due in week commencing the 19th of February. We were then informed of another delay upon him chasing the order. In this case, we didn't warn him straight away of the delay, which we apologised for, however this customer was particularly unruly. People like this ruin the reputation of otherwise reputable businesses. ALL SELLERS AVOID.
