    Absolutely frustrating transaction. The seller states that they will ship on your account in the description but then is unwilling to do so. At first they said they wouldn't use our account at all. When we called them out on the dishonesty, they still refused to ship on our account but said we could provide a label. That is not the same thing as shipping on a customer's account.
