Unfortunately would not recommend seller. I had to open a case to which eBay support were absolutely wonderful in organising a refund.  Regardless of correcting & providing details more than once to the seller they misspelt and still sent the item without their own proper QA. Lack of detail, and candle also was extremely rushed. The glue on the ribbon was damaged/run and chipping on the candle. I have now got fixed by someone else and the candle is absolutely perfect.

We sent you the draft copy to look over for any imperfections you wanted to change and you approved the design and once you received it you were unhappy with it. We offered to help fix the problem but the candle had to be returned to us to do so but never received.
