    Excellent ice pack

    I've now got 3 of these & have used 2 of them regularly for a few months. They are lasting well & are very good quality. The gel freezes flexible and conforms nicely to the area needing iced, although a bit of bending the pack first helps. They stay frozen in use for at least an hour. It's best to wrap one in a teatowel or cloth so it's not too cold & this also makes it last longer. I use for migraines. Having two is best to have one refreezing whilst you use the other. I bought this extra one for my boyfriend's house!

    Would buy again

    Extremely happy with these, bought for shoulder pain, now using like hot water bottles. I bought 4 so hopefully won't need any more for a while, but when I do need more I would buy these.

    Its ok

    If left in the freezer for a long time, it freezes very stiff and its hard to mould it around your head for example. When it softens its great. I havent yet used it hot.
