I bought six mtrs. When I contctaced them about the wrong braid they said they had more than six mtrs but had sold it after I placed my order, so only had two mtrs left. They then sent a different cheaper braid , and belitteld me , becuase the difference was only pence. My client was expecting the braid I had ordered in good faith. It is actually the first time we altered the listing after someone notified us of an issue, you’ve had a full refund and kept the item :)
