- d***y (24)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseI found that I could not use either of the filter / restricitors in my application in order for the valve to work properly. Also the lack of outlet tube means that when water is flowing there is a more audible noise (from stream hitting water surface) than on the previous valve where there was a plastic tube reaching down from the valve to below water level. We are aware that the manufacturers made an amendment to the product and we highlighted that on the listing. The fill tube is no longer allowed so has been removed from all Torbeck valves. Updated packaging is in place so you should start to see it soon. This was highlighted in March 2021 but due to ongoing global issues we are still awaiting further details. Our listing will be refreshed once they become available
