Everything is brand new. The Tmx comes in the original box. The battery is an issues because it's been in there for a long time so it got corrosion. A little bit of cleaning up and replacing the battery. Everything is good.

Batteries were in toy when received and had leaked leaving corrosion. Outside of box states in small print after the 18+ months batteries are included, HOWEVER, this is not displayed in listing picture. Had it been visible may not have purchased toy. After hours of using toothpicks, cotton swabs, tweezers, baking soda and vinegar the toys is finally working. This is a 2006 toy with battery expiration date of 2009.Batteries were in toy when received and had leaked leaving corrosion. Outside of box states in small print after the 18+ months batteries are included, HOWEVER, this is not displayed in listing picture. Had it been visible may not have purchased toy. Works intermittently
Received without instructions. Removed the corroded batteries that were in place and cleaned up as much corrosion as I could. Elmo worked, then wouldn't work, then sometimes works. He will not go through the complete routine. Specifically, he will not stand up after being on his back. You can here the device inside trying to activate to a standing position, but it does not.

Elmo isn't fully functional
Emo started malfunctioning about two after I got it I was turning him on about once every other day. He had brand new Duracall pro batteries. His right arm gets stuck. He can't sit up. He doesn't kick his legs anymore when he's on his back . He doesn't turn over at all and slat the floor like he first did. I really wanted him to work. He isn't fully functional.

Batteries should be removed when saving old toys.
The toy is in perfect condition on the outside. Looks good enough to give as a gift. Don't know if it works yet. The batteries were left in the toy and several have corroded. I'm trying to clean them up to see if they will work. One is pretty bad.
