Nice iPhone still in shape condition for its age. Few marks due to age but screen is immaculate. Network works fine and is unlocked, volume and on/off buttons are fine. Main button is a bit hard but I use the phone as a secondary phone and for music on the screen so it doesn't affect much my satisfaction. I needed this phone for its old version of IOS compatible with my midi keaboard otherwise not working with other iPhones. It's small size allow me to carry it in my pockets at work without embarrassment so I'm actually glad to have a small screen, I like it. Thank you.

After six months of this IPhone it started to play up could not do any out going calls the ringer was not loud enough so missed a lot of calls then the mail box went wrong where I could not text and the battery life was awful had to charge it twice a day so I finally went back to the Samsung Galaxy which I think is a lot better in a lot of ways.

The iPhone 3GS has the same external design as the iPhone 3G. The menu interface is also the same, but in the past year, as we've added apps to the Home screen, something new has begun to bother us. As intuitive and simple as the interface is, it becomes unwieldy after you get above four menu pages. Swiping through multiple pages is tedious; and it's rather painful to drag applications from page to page if you're an organizational freak. We hate that there's no way to categorize related apps into folders, such as one for news, another for social networking, and so on. Not only would this cut down on menu pages, but you'd also be able to find your app faster. And while we're at it, how about letting us delete some of the native apps we never use? Features Since the iPhone 3GS inherits many of the features from the previous model, we'll concentrate on what's different on this device. If you need a refresher on such elements as the clock, YouTube, weather, iPod player, calculator, and e-mail, please see our iPhone 3G review. We'll start off with the new features that only the iPhone 3GS will offer. Camera Until now, the iPhone's camera has been good, but far from great, with decent photo quality, but no editing features. Apple didn't include options such as white balance, a digital zoom, or a self-timer that come standard on many basic VGA camera phones. The minimalist shooter bothered us so much that we began to worry if Apple was leading a new trend of "dumbing down" cell phone cameras. The iPhone 3GS' camera still lacks a flash. The iPhone 3GS puts some of those fears to rest. Apple boosted the camera's resolution to 3 megapixels and added a new "Tap to Focus" feature. As you point the lens toward your subject, a small box appears on the center of the display. Tapping that square focuses the camera automatically on that point and adjusts the white balance, color, contrast, and exposure accordingly. If you'd rather focus on the edge of your shot, just tap the display at your chosen point and the square moves with you. If you don't tap anywhere, the camera will focus the entire frame.Read full review
I bought the Iphone 3GS on the 9th September, and i already knew that i would enjoy because most of my family and some of my friends have it, so i know what it is like and also i have the ipod touch. What i love about this product is that they are simple to use for people who are rubbish with technology, such as myself, and have good quality in the photos, camera, voice recorder etc. I decided to buy it on eBay simply because i was impatient to wait for my local shop for them to be stocked, and i have now learned my lesson to be patient, because when i got it, it didn't work. So i then upgraded my sim and still didn't work, so i took it into my local vodafone shop to only be told that it has been reported stolen and it's nothing more than an expensive paperweight. Then we did an online imei number check, only to find that it wasn't stolen but the phone was blocked so it was still an expensive paperweight. I have learned my lesson and i will wait til my shop has them in stock, and i would reccomend anyone reading this to do the same, because now over a month after buying it still haven't got one because i'm waiting for a refund.Read full review
I bought this phone for my wife as I had purchased one for myself a few months ago.I love the information you can get along with the Apps and sat nav, weather and news features..The only thing it needs is a good strong case to protect it as I would imagine it would be quite easy to damage.I have installed a lot of apps for my daughter who likes to play flick fishing and talking larry, meerkats etc. A great innovation and thats for sure..
