Very small band, about 3cm smaller than they used to be. I have skinny wrists & it only just fitted. I should have checked the size, but I have bought so many in the past with no problems. Definitely should have gotten large. NOTE, I doubt the large would fit a mans wrist so be sure to check the sizes. Pity I bought 3 different colours, Not worth the return postage to exchange
